• 1 cup vanilla yogurt
• ¼ small shallot, chopped
• ½ lemon with rind, chilled and cut into four pieces
• 3 large mint leaves, torn
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
• 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
• ½ teaspoon grated nutmeg
