2 Anaheim chile peppers - stemmed, seeded, and chopped
1 pound uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®)

½ bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
